These terms govern all tankless water heater repair, flushing, maintenance, and installation services provided by TWH PRO's. By scheduling service or approving estimates, you agree to these operating policies and payment terms.

• Annual chemical descaling and scale inhibitor installation
• Gas, electric, and commercial tankless unit repairs
• Complete tank-to-tankless conversion and unit replacements

Payment Terms

• All service calls and estimates are provided with upfront flat-rate pricing
• Payment is due upon completion of requested repair or installation work
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, electronic transfers, and business checks
• Commercial accounts are subject to pre-approved net-30 billing terms

Liability Limits

TWH PRO's provides licensed professional tankless services. We are not liable for pre-existing plumbing code violations, unmaintained hard water corrosion, or pre-existing building structural defects.
